I only found out about school of dragons this month when I managed to persuade us to watch HTTYD in class then decided to search it up on Tumblr during said class I made an account like three or four days after it had been out I STILL HAVE NO CLUE HOW I DIDNT KNOW ABOUT THIS GAME SOONERI've heard about it on YouTube. I was watching a Wild Skies Let's Play, because I wanted to see if they have the same Bugs like I do. And in the comments was this: "I hop school of draguns i not so buggy" And I was like "School of Dragons?" and searched up o Google. And found the Countdown on 17 days and blah. Of course I signed up instantly! I had no idea about Wild Skies either until I saw it on the forum T_T

Should prolly post here.... Lessee.... I'm Icka, draw a little, write a little, am playing School of Dragons mostly between busy spats at work (the boss is fine with it). Never understood why people stop watching cartoons at age 20 if they like them, so I still do.
Fan of truck mysteries, so my avatar is 'Arsenic', and my dragon is 'Old Lace', still waiting for someone to get the joke.
Currently Stateside, lived in New Zealand for a while, been to Japan several times, England twice, and visited Australia and Fiji. My spelling is a bit wonky.
Been doing Historical Re-Enactment and Re-Creation for over half my life, since I was about 15. Yes, I'm old. Currently a member of the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA), a non-profit educational organisation. There's a lot of things to study and create from history, so currently focusing on Medieval Illuminations (painted books) and Heraldry, painting Shields and Banners. Have been learning how to paint glass and do leather working as well, and I need to get back into doing Archery again.
One of the things that I love about HYTTD is the things they got right about Viking Culture, and some of the things they got wrong. (they did have mattresses on the beds, bedding for it was part of the wedding gifts).
A long term goal of mine is to incorporate art from How to Train Your Dragon into some of my SCA projects, I'd like to make a couple of painted shields, and use the Sail patterns as walls for camps, just to see who else gets it. ^___^
Anyway, nice to meet you all!

Heya Icka! You sound super interesting!! Only 20 and you've been to all those countries?! (Where did you go in England? ouo) Wow, that sounds super swell (and interesting - I love history!). How do you get into that? Ha, well, ya learn something new every day! (I did think Hiccup's bed looked a bit uncomfortable... o_o) Basically the only thing I know about Viking culture is that they didn't actually wear horns on their helmets and they used to feed people onions or something if they got stabbed and then the wife wouldn't stitch her husband up if she could smell the onion because that meant his stomach was open?? I think XD Oh and they used to have rules like a guy wasn't allowed to even touch a girl's hand without her permission? And they had the gods and lived in tents or something and Valhalla? Okay, that's all rumours I've heard, dunno if it's true XD) Nice to meet you too! - Skips the Home Repair Viking

Welcome and nice to meet you, I'm Skips, the Home Repair Viking (you can call me Skips). You are very lucky! I would like to be creative but I am not very creative at all, unfortunately. Sometimes I try my hand at drawing but it never turns out well, and I don't really enjoy it :c I wish I did, though! I wish I enjoyed writing too because I love to read but I just don't get very good ideas and I get bored of writing after about two minutes of it D: I hope we may see some of your work in the future!

Hi everyone. I go by the name of Eyjas which is my SoD name or Mar which is short for my real name so whichever name suits you is fine I'm lucky enough to have Viking descendants as I'm born and raised in Norway. In my spare time I love to watch tv and movies, read books, webdesign, photo- and video editing, dancing and singing. I'm very adventurous and one of my favourite things to do in the whole world is to travel to loads of different places and countries and experience the culture, food and the people. My dream is to move to New York and my dream job is to be a movie or tv dubber but I'm aiming to move to LA to work with movie or tv promotion. I have a Tumblr so please follow if you have one too
