Welcome, new players! I thought this would be a good place for new forum-goers to introduce themselves, and for current users to greet them and also make their own introduction if they haven't already. Feel free to talk a little bit about your interests and tell us about yourself. Just remember to not give away any deeply personal information that can be used to identify you, such as your last name and exact address - you never know who's lurking on the internet, and what is said on the internet stays on the internet forever. Always be careful about who you're talking to!
Obligatory cautions aside, let's get started.
So, hi! I'm Dragonesque. That's generally my common username on a lot of websites, or I use another variant like Draconesque. XD
I'm a Canadian high school student. I am an aspiring visual artist (painting, sketching, concept art, design, etc) and have a huge appreciation for animated movies. I love animals, dragons, video games, and I also really love chemistry. I also really like electronic music and most of the spectrum of rock and alternative music.
So, who are you, people of the forum?

Hello, I am Scottnov! NO ONE WILL EVER KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS.
I generally am a pretty shy guy, but after I get to know someone I talk a lot more.
I love most kinds of mythical creatures, one of them being dragons!
I never really cared for slaying dragons, I liked to train and ride them more.
(GOTTA STOP THE CONTINUOUS 'I'S!)Also, I like science, a lot. More biology then anything else, but I like astronomy, geology, and a few more!
A few of the things I like are: Creatures, any kinds of myth-creatures (including dragons) , watching youtube videos, vidya' games, any game that has to do with training dragons, and lots lots more!
I don't really DO sports, never found them fun or interesting. Except for maybe fishing.
I also try my hardest to be the nicest I can be, however that leads to a LOT of excess anger.
I am also a christian.

Hi, I'm Shion! (we should audition in a kids' tv show) My username's pretty much the one I use in a lot of websites. I'm also a shy person but I try my best to be an active one. I do digital art for a hobby (hopefully for a living soon) and my dream job is to be a CGI animator at Dreamworks/Pixar/Disney/Illumination Entertainment/Blue Sky etc. I love fantasy and science fiction to bits. I also love CGI movies A LOT (like really a lot, I always cry whenever I watch one). I don't have a favorite genre in music (as long as it sounds good, it's good enough for me) but I mostly listen to Alternative Rock and OSTs. I don't know what to add anymore, but I think I'm a pretty lame for a person ;w; Btw, we really need more forum people, I feel like this whole forum's been like only revolving around you familiar people |

Well, since everyone is doing an introduction! I'm Acanthea, usually I call myself xXAcantheaXx. The four X kinda pimp it up xD So yeah, here is the most important fact, I suppose: I'm from Germany! So please don't scream and yell if you find spelling or grammar mistakes  I'm 19 years old. I know, probably "too old" for HTTYD or any Animation movies. I say that's wrong! You're never too old for good movies and stories. I do some arts in my freetime, traditionell as well as digital. But I prefer drawing with a pencil instead of colors and stuff like that *shrugs* At music, I prefer listening to OSTs and Soundtracks. I love the music of Cirque du Soleil and the OSTs of games, for example, the Night of the Rabbit. Or else I would say that I like calm music that I can listen quietly, because I can't stand loud noises at all. That's why I can't stand my current neighboors. They're loud, alsways fight with eachother, have a really loud and ugly motorbike which is also really stinky, and they think that the house rules aren#t made for them! >.< And THAT'S why we are going to move. Soon I'll have my own little flat. Currently, I have holidays. Like everyone in Germany. But in August I'll beginn my new education. It's a job preparing, so I can work in a kindergarten in the future. But since kids are important, yet a bit complicated ( ) I have to learn a lot about them. For reading I prefer fantasy books, or books that are funny in some way. My favourite books are the "Temeraire" books. It's about the Napoleonic War, but with dragons! Those dragons are intelligent, can speak, and often have the usefor fighting. It's really impressive how strong the bond wbetween the dragon and its Captain (the rider) is! The dragons would do anything for them, and if the Captains are good, they would do the same. So yeah, that's it |

Oookay... here we go. Jam's my oldest internet name (and also my ingame nickname), but I'm also known as Tarch by a few. I am a student of physics, and I do 3D (or CGI) graphics and animation as a hobby too, my drawing skills suck. I enjoy classical music, ranging from Tchaikovsky through movie soundtracks to Two Steps from swamp. I came across HTTYD on 6th January 2013, but didn't watch it until early April. Anyhow, I'm know in this Dragon Universe as Asthared, though I've a plenty of other names around all the internet. I'm spanish, but trying to write english the best I can. I own a Hideous Zippleback called Insidous (Since it's an insidious duo *BA DUM PSS*). Kinda addicted to HtTyD universe recently, since I saw in TV they were doing a series =D (they're a bit late here in Spain).
And that would be it, I guess :3.

Oooh, I haven't introduced myself here yet?? Okie dokes!
Here we gooooo... Well...
My name is Skips and I'm from the sticky out bit at the South West of England, although I'm technically Scottish because my dad is Scottish, I have his (Scottish) surname and you're meant to take the nationality of your father over your mother, I think. But yeah, I'm fully British.
I loooooooove HTTYD and movies in general, although HTTYD is my favourite - so much so that I can quote the entire thing in English and a little bit in French. I must have watched it over 50 times, at least.
I read the books before the rights to the film were even bought (or my mum read them to me...), but I haven't actually read the most recent ones. My favourite HTTYD book character is Camicazi! My favourite HTTYD film character is Hiccup o3o I also loooooovveee ROTG and Avengers and X-Men (First Class is my favourite).
I am extremely lazy and don't do much apart from lie in bed and read fanfiction. I read fanfiction every day! (I can't write it though, or anything at all really.)
I go to an all-girls grammar school (Google it?? Grammar schools are a little weird to explain seen as I don't fully understand it) where I have to wear a brown uniform -.- Yeah, it's not too great. But I have some great friends!
I speak English, a little bit of French (mon accent est vraiment épouvantable !), I take Latin lessons and I should be learning German in the near future (which I know very little of at this moment - Ich will Deutsch lernen!)
I don't know what I want to do when I'm older seen as all the things I'm good at, I don't enjoy, and all the things I enjoy, I'm not very good at (for instance I love to play the piano, sing and ice skating's super fun). The only things I can really think of would be a philosopher (dunno where that would get me) or a phycologist. But meh.
I also like to draw sometimes but I'm rubbish at that too, really.
My dragon is called Park and he's a Nadder. He's a clown but I love him. We do home repair!
I like to live in my head rather than reality, like most of us, I'm guessing, seen as it's much more fun here!
But yeah I'm actually pretty uninteresting XD I have nothing else to say! (Apart from I love TV shows and movies and cartoons and books and fbwebfuhfuheb any fandoms I get obsessed with I love)
I also have a sister who is one of the other users of the forums and she's great c:
