"Pff, I know that rule all too well. Alright, what about a less draining spell? Stun the people in assembly? A smokescreen? Bend the will of the teachers to let us in and be done with it? Hm..." Sarynn sighed. "Let's just sit out here and beg the teachers to let us stay."

Profession: Restoration Magic
From the City: Venta Silrum
Appearance: Average height (around 5' 6"). She is pale and has auburn hair with green eyes. Average weight. Mainly fit. Wears a basic beige robe with blue long sleeve shirt and dark brown pants and leather boots. Hair tied up in a bun.
Personality: Edda enjoys making friends, but can get very emotional when she's betrayed/hurt. As a healer, she doesn't know much in the realms of fighting, but she enjoys what she does. She takes her work very seriously and thinks (unlike some she knows.) that Healing magics is a useful form of magic.

Edda got too caught up in a book on advanced restoration. She knew she'd be late, but she thought she had at least some time. But before she knew it, she saw some other kids sitting outside the doors as well and she sighed. "It started already? It couldn't have! I'm not that late, right?" She assumed the others were in the same situation she was in.

"I'm afraid it seems we all are and you even more so, Edda." Ivaria regarded the girl through narrowed eyes. She seemed to be sitting as far away as possible from the rest of her classmates, as if they had a ravaging infectious disease. "And we have no means to enter apart from climbing into a window, suggested by the magnificent Sarynn, here." She gestured towards him carelessly, still watching Edda with her permanent hint of a frown. "I have given up all hope that anyone else in my presence here possesses at least half a brain cell, so I suggest you sit down and wait for some miracle to occur, as the rest of us seem to be doing."

Sighing, she sat down with the others. Oh the times when she wished she didn't know only healing magic. Or at least knew the others better. She looked up at the Sarynn guy Ivaria pointed to. He was an elf, it seemed. Great. She just sat next to Ivaria and to pass time until the previously mentioned miracle, she took out the book on advanced restoration she was reading before.

(all the starting cities are English places in Latin, Of example Durnovaria in english is Durham no partiicular reason I just thought Durnovaria sounded cool) |

"Well. While we're all chumming up with one another, is there no one who can think of a plan to get in without disrupting the assembly?!" Sarynn snapped. "I've had to wait for my younger sister to grow up enough to take my part on the stud farm, worked my fingers to the bone and haggled almost endlessly to get the funds to send me here! I can't waste the opportunity I have now!"
He pressed his palm over his face. He had thought through how to tackle a lot of problems. But this had not been on his list. He bit his tongue and walked towards to door and went to thump it loudly and protest at how unfair the whole situation was. But he stopped short and turned back to his classmates. "It's going to take a dragon to get us in... Wait. What if for the spell, we all put energy into it? Maybe all of us could sustain it long enough to get in without being detected?"

"What better plan do you suggest?! What even is the punishment for missing the first part of our new school life? I don't understand! Look, as soon as I find out who's with me, I'm going to try it. I don't care about the consequences any-more, I just need to get in there! I've worked too hard to have it all ruined before it even begins! Ivaria, you're going to try it, right?"
