Hello! I don't know if these count as customer support issues, so my apologies! (I wondered about suggestions, but then I saw here, and I just don't know which these belong under!)
I am having an issue with wildly flying crop items. Some scatter all the way to Guam. If I remember my geography lessons, that's quite a way to travel! And, since I have an odd like for the woosh-woosh of my Crop-O-Matic thing, I usually don't realize until after all my crops are cut. And then I look, and make a mad dash.
And then... the crops start to blink.
And seconds away from my crop, POOF!
(I've also had a count of one piece of drowned wool, and I could never find it.)
(And my dragon likes to keep some crops warm. Sweet of him, but unless I run right through him I never know!)
Oh! Also! Is there a way to cancel some quests? I have fish quests in my log that I'll never complete because my dragon eats a lot.
Plus, the quest board is a bit of a hassle. Each time I have a quest to turn in, I have to wade through umpteen quests to turn in the one I want. Then, to accept a new quest, I have to wade through umpteen quests, accept the quest, then wade through them again to turn it it.
Anyway, sorry for the ramble!
ETA: Also, I have reached level 20 on my farm (I assume this is max though I could be wrong!) and while I gained three plots, my well is still at where it had been before.
Also, I seem to occasionally play 'kick the crop' even after it has landed, sending it hurdling toward far away.

Also, I seem to occasionally play 'kick the crop' even after it has landed, sending it hurdling toward far away. Don't worry those aren't glitches. For the crop kicking, you have to let your crop settle before picking it up. For the blinking stuff, don't worry about it either, you don't lose your things they still go in your bag/inventory (supposed to anyway). For the lost wool, well I can't help you with that.... that may have been a glitch if you didn't get it in your bag. And, well, the job board is the job board. Can't change that. You can't cancel a quest (yet) so you're stuck with it until you finish it. But if you want a little advice so it's not overwhelming going to the job board ; don't take the job in advance. Collect what you need for whatever quest and once you have enough you can take the quest and cash it in all at the same time. Makes this a little less chaotic at the job board. And for the flying crops, if you really want to pick everything up without the blinking, just do one plant at a time. That way you have time to pick up your items. Anyway, hope that helped... !

Ah yes, you helped a lot, thank you! I feel a sense of accomplishment with the crop chimes. It's like...'Huzzah, you have succeeded!' You did help, darlin, thanks!

As your fellow players said, the crazy crops you mentioned are part of the game, along with the blinking and disappearing crops. You don't need to physically collect them as they should go into your inventory after they disappear. Like you noted, occasionally you'll kick the plants if trying to collect them immediately after harvesting, although you should be able to collect them after a second or two. Unfortunately, there is no way currently to cancel quests you have started. However, this is a good suggestion and we'll relay this to our production team. As for the disappearing wool, this looks like a bug. Could you please privately message us your account username and Viking name? We can look into this for you. Thanks!
