I really have no idea what's going on, but when I type into the chat on the left-hand side of the game, my messages don't appear or send (as far as I'm aware). It does this every so often, but not every single time I'm in the game. What's really weird is that when I was on not 20 minutes ago, there was a message coming from another player saying "Your account has not been activated". Already double-checked with mine to be on the safe side and my account says I'm already activated, so I'm guessing the message was just for her? But what I don't get is if that's the case, then why is it showing me the message meant for her?
I'm also having issues with sending messages to friends as the game tells me I can't post at this time. It's not as big of an issue because I've found that if I get offline and return online, my message has apparently been posted.
Any ideas?
Just realized I should have probably posted this in the bug report forum. Sorry about the misplaced thread.

There are a ridiculous amount of banned words in the game. If it detects one, your message won't send.

banned words:
names
swear words (obvious(
anything insulting (stupid, dumb, etc)
some game terms
and a ton of others

That would make sense if I was saying anything potentially banned. All I'm trying to write is "hi" or some close variation of the greeting when someone approaches me in the game.

We've been experiencing some issues with chat and our team is working on fixing it. While some restrictions are due to what our chat system filters, other issues are a result of some bugs we need to work out. We'll keep you updated on any improvements that are made. Thanks! |

Alright. Thanks for the update, Brynjolf. I've found doesn't even let me see what other people are saying. It seems to works decently when I'm alone in my farm, but goes back to acting up if someone else enters it.
Hope you guys are able to sort this out!
