I recently got to level ten, went to the hatchery and my dragon grew to a broad wing. I changed the colors and left. I then continued flying around for 15 minutes and logged off. Wnen I got back onoline later my dragon was still a level 10 but no longer a broad wing. It went back to the gliding size. When I went the to hatchery I wasn't able to "grow" him again. How can I fix the glitch? Help!

For starters, what browser and type of computer were you playing on when you experienced this issue? Can you recall what you were doing in some more detail before this problem occurred? The more details you provide, the better chance we have at reproducing the bug and then figuring out a way to fix it. We'll keep you updated on when this gets fixed. Thanks for your help! |

Could you please tell us what browser you were using and what kind of computer you were playing on when this happened? Thanks so much for replying! I am playing on Firefox (fully updated) on OSX v. 10.8.4
When I reached level 10 I went to Hiccup and he told me to go to the nursery just like before and have my dragon shed its skin. Then I went there and I changed the colors and he changed to a broad wing. Then I went to flight school and completed all the flight courses available to non-members without paying money. Ummm... then I completed the rest of my quests and flew around a little bit... I went to all three places, dragon school, Berk, and the Wilderness. Then I "x"ed out and came back later... (does it matter it was on a different computer?) It had reverted back to the small wing dragon but still a level 10 and all the quests finished. It was like this on both computers and my friends computer that I tried to log in on.

Thanks so much to the whole team working on the game! It really is fun and once it is developed a little bit more I would consider being a membor (cooler dragons!) anyway thanks!

I also ran into problems once my Dragon Bond reached level 10 today, but not with flying. Once Hiccup told me to, I went into the hatchery and updated my dragon so he could fly but now I cannot view/pickup/complete any quests and my logbook shows "No Quests Available". Also, most of the NPCs will not speak to me when I click on them. Hiccup & the Headmaster will, as will Astrid in Berk, but everyone else just sort of pushes me back a foot when I right click them. I thought perhaps there was something I needed to trigger to make my quests available again, so I flew everywhere then I ran the Thunder Run racing thing until my Dragon Bond hit level 11, but still nothing. I even picked up one of the reoccuring fishing quests from the board in Berk, it does not show in my quest log. That entire page is still empty. However, the other 4 pages in the book seem to be displaying everything correctly (as far as I can tell at least). I was Using Firefox 8.0 and thought that might be the problem, so I upgraded to Firefox 22.0. I am also using NoScript and AdblockPlus but I opened both of them up to allow everything from School of Dragons through with the only exception being www.google-analytics.com which I seriously doubt is the problem. (Though, I'll let it through temporarily if you really think it'll fix it.) Also, I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium. My PC is about 16 months old but it was built as a gaming rig, so it should be able to run to School of Dragons in sleep mode. If you want specs, just let me know which ones. I ran into sort of the same problem, except I can talk to most of the people. My dragon hit level ten, and that was it. There weren't any more quests available, and nobody had a question mark over their head. I tried to do some of the fishing quests, but they were boring so I just continued flying around hoping for another quest. Are there even any more quests after level ten? |

My little brother just ran into the same problem today, and he's at level 3. He has no more quests, even though he should have one because I remember it from when I was level three. He logged off for the night, then the next day the quest was gone. If it helps, we are using a windows 7 home premium and Google Chrome (latest version).

Looks like the quest reappeared, he went to a different area and it apparently reloaded it, but it didn't do that for me.
