((thankyou moonlight. the problem isn't that the path I set was Diverged from in fact I would like to see more of that the problem was we had two different story arcs and dragon's wasn't made clear enough which resulted in the confusion))
Metal went over the plans one last time in the morning 'this is going to be interesting' he thought, their dragons would be useless as in such a cramped place they would peace everyone and if they used fire.... they could say goodbye to the entire mountain range. Metal looked over his men who were all prepared and at his word would die for him, "prepare the battle cry, war is upon is, make sure everyone knows they can't bring their dragon's unless they want to peace us all"

Ragnarok slowly drifted awake. The last thing he remembered was killing Romans. Then he looked around and at some of the vikings on the ground. 'oh right.' he thought 'I joined them as allies....but what do I do now?' He realized that the food he laid there still hadn't been eaten so they hadn't waken up during the night or anything. He skimmed over the outpost, the gear, the weapons, the guards, the medics, and Skipper. He was already awake. "Hey Skipper." He whispered. "Wanna go for a morning flight?" He nodded and at that, the two swiftly and silently took off.

Allyssa's eyes shot open. She realized that she must've fallen asleep again. Sitting up and immediately feeling woozy, she remembered her injury and checked it.

Boethiah awoke, curled next to Vim as she had been the night before. The sun shined bright and yet it was still a bit cold. She didn't mind though. Under their sleeping bag, she laid still and listened to his heartbeat, not wanting to get him up immediately.

Vim yawned and slowly opened his eyes. He felt Boethiah's warmth next to him. He didn't want to get up. But they weren't safe, so he began to get up. "Good morning." He said, smiling. "Sleep well?"

She nodded, sitting up a bit, or best she could. "Yup, and you?"

Metal clutched the horn in his right hand hat was etched with the words 'Batlle cry' along it's side and blew into the smaller end of the two holes, a laoud and low note resounded from the horn, as it did the wanderer's who were moments ago asleep were now fully awake and stood at attention ready to go, Metal smiled to himself as he waited for the other armies to assemble themselves from within the Fortress "I don't see organisation like that with their army's" he muttered

"Agh, that's not pretty." The wound seemed to be getting better, but there was a hint of poison in it.

((Sorry for coming so late. got home late last night and i overslept this morning. but I'm here now!))
Dotta had already stirred awake when she heard the sound of a horn blaring. At first she didn't think it was real. But when she noticed that the others were heading out, she realized that it was a summons. "Must be that time," she muttered to herself.

OOC
Hey all, just popping in for a moment with something to share. I haven't been able to participate directly in the RP (due to a full-time job and other time commitments), but I've been following along with great interest. More to the point, if you all remember, around page 15ish of Chapter 5 Skips wrote a tune to go with Metal's poem. Well, in a fit of inspiration yesterday I decided I could give back to this thread a bit and arranged an instrumental song around it.
I took the liberty of changing the key from Skips's written Gb major to E minor (the minor second chord in the Gb key), but tried to stay true to the melody (and Skips, your devious rhythmic devices gave me a run for my money! XD). There are some slip-ups to be forgiven, but it was my first time composing an entire song based on only a melody and Garageband was lagging a bit so timing issues got compounded. So, without further ado, here's "Sword and Shield - The Wanderer's Song".
(p.s. Those with good subwoofers may want to turn them down a bit - it just occurred to me that I may have mixed it a bit bass-heavy because I was doing it in headphones instead of on good speakers...)
