It seems like a very interactive learning experiment as a game, but I am wondering if I decide I don't like the game-play, how could I delete my sons account? thanks.

First of all why you need to delete your son's account just keep it that way and don't play anymore
If you really want to delete your son's account it also means you "dislike" your son playing to much
I know the reasons, no need to tell me
