not able to play

I'm Davidlee. Can anyone tell me why I'm not able to play? I've registered on the site, I've supposedly downloaded the right plugin, but I'm still not able to play. please help

Hey Davidlee. We'll get you into the game as soon as we can. Could you please provide more details as to what is preventing you from playing? First, did you activate your account? After registering, you should receive an email to activate your SoD account. Are you receiving an error message when trying to play, or does the game freeze or crash at a certain point? Any details would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I activated my account, I received the e-mails, I'm trying to download the unityweb plugin, but my computer just won't seem to do it. It's a problem with downloading the plugin, the computer says the files were downloaded (I've tried multiple times to download), but for some reason I'm not able to play. please help
