Not getting reset password e-mail

When I try to go into Manage Account it asks for a "parental password" but won't accept anything I put in. I have clicked on "forgot password" 3 times now. Each time the reset page says it has e-mailed my password to the e-mail I type in but I have never received an e-mail. The first time I tried was 4 days ago.

Basically, since the email that sends the message is a @noreply, it will either go to the spam/trash, or be hidden from you. To find it, look for a "all mail" folder (not your inbox). This will show ALL of your mail.

Thanks for letting us know, lavagirl. Try following the steps p3t3rsam advised. Sometimes the email may be sent to a different folder. Please let us know if this works for you.

Sorry, the tutorial does not work because I don't have gmail.  My e-mail is through Cox and there is only an Inbox and a Spam folder.  The e-mail is not showing up in either.

I can set up a "do not block" but I need to know what address or domain to put in.
