Yesterday, while playing the game, my daughter had a fatal error message. Today, it will not load. We have windows 8. Please help... she is desperate to play! Her login name is geking and avatar is Racie.

Do you remember what the message was? That would probably help the Dev's troubleshoot your daughter's problem.

Im having the not loading problem , I think it's either because there putting the clan thing from what i saw or we're having problems.

We're sorry you can't get into the game right now but we're working as hard as we can to fix the problem and get you back into School of Dragons as soon as we can. Could you let us know what browser you were using and what the error message said that you received? Any information helps! |

I used Internet explorers but I didn't got the error message it just stayed on the the Headmaster's letter before the slot selection. |

I had a not loading problem, well, it loaded but only a small amount of the game worked, and i couldn't play as it was. using google chrome on windows8.

Only a banner portion or the game showed up. The full game would show for the first few seconds then revert to the banner size, cutting off the rest of the game. I've tried emptying my cache for both the player and the browser, with no results.
Please fix this asap... Thanks

Hi my son game keeps loading to the new heros banner then not go loading any further, we are using windows 8 and google, his user name is rykerbailey. We would really like to continue playing, he also just added the new codes for the thunderdrum, when the loading problems started. Thank you.

Try following these steps to see if it helps. First, close any other browser tabs you have open. Second, play with the game in fullscreen setting (you can change to fullscreen mode in the settings menu of the game). Third, close other programs running on your computer. Fourth, clear your browser cache. All of these steps can help speed up gameplay and reduce lag or freezes. Please let us know if this works for you. Thank you. |
