First and foremost, I have bought a chicken in my farm, and it's no-where to be found. My 600 coins are gone though........
Second sometimes the water won't refill and it will still be at 1, even if I logout for a long time and then comeback.
Third(although I'm not complaining about this one) I seem to have a whole buch of corn that I can plant, but I didn't buy it and it doesn't show up in my backpack.(sometimes random other plants will show up to, but usually there is only one or two of those.)
And lastly(although this doesn't have to do with my farm.) I have introduced two of my friends to the game, and when they joined they both had 100 gems at the get-go. I never got these(frankly I didn't know you even got gems) but is this because I created my account earlier and this is a new thing?

For your second problem, if i recall correctly, for water to regenerate you need to be online at the time (Which i hope maybe they can fix and make it passively regenerate while the player is offline)But if it isn't regenerating even while your online then I have no idea.
Third problem I can vouch for. There have been certain times where I would find pumpkin seeds ready to plant even though I had not purchased any.

I had that third one this new update fixed it Slightly upset since it was really nice to have Also you have to click on the chicken pen then you'd be able to place the chicken in your farm since I'm not sure if you tried that |

We're terribly sorry about these inconveniences and would like to help. For the disappearing chicken, could you provide some more details about when it disappeared? What happened before it disappeared? Did you leave the farm and return, did you enter build mode and then exit build mode? Any details would be really helpful. For the well not refilling, we recently released a patch to fix that issue so please let us know if it works for you. Finally, for starting gem issue, we addressed this bug in our recent fix as well. Please let us know if you received your 100 gems. Thank you. |
