Just a Quickie
Hiccup: by his house, by the flight club
Astrid: by the store in both berk and school, inside the hatchery (not sure if she will handle the quest in there)
Fishlegs: by his house, by the docks in school, inside the hatchery(not sure if he will handle the quest in there)
Ruff and Tuff: by their house, inside the hatchery(not sure if they will handle the quest in there)
Snotlout: by his house, in front of the entrance to firefrenzy arena, inside the hatchery(not sure if he will handle the quest in there)
Headmaster: In the middle of the schoolyard, inside the great hall
Teachers: by their respective places, inside the great hall
Stoick: by the great hall
Gobber:by the docks in berk, inside the hatchery (will do quest in there), by the school commons (Only if a quest told you to meet him there)
Bucket and Mulch: By the lakes in both school and wilderness lakes, by their own homes
Other students ( i don't know the names of these people, only locations) by the thunderun racing, near the headmaster, near the entrance to the wilderness
This should help remembering those people
