i just talked to one of my friend and typed ONE word wrong for the first time after my last chat block was done then suddenly it tells me you said too many thing that are not allow you chat will be blocked for 23 hour please help me how can i turn my chat again ? and its glitchs i did type only 1 wrong word so please help me !!

If you click on the Messages tab near the top of the screen, you can send private messages to other users. Type in my name, Brynjolf, and you'll be able to send me a message. I realised another chat problem on my side.
As soon as I logged in and goes straight to my farm, my chat works. It's working perfectly.
The problem starts after I leave the farm, it doesn't work in places like;
- outside the farm like the school open area, berk, etc.
- when I enter the farm for a second time, it doesn't work again!
- the race lobby chat room as well.
After I logged out and logged in back again, the chat works back in the farm again. However, after I went outside, the problem repeats.
I've sent my username, e-mail, browser, OS and computer to you privately just now.
