Can't leave messages

Hello!


So, I can't send messages to any of my friends' profiles. I've had this problem since I started playing three weeks ago and I wonder how it comes... I get 'Message cannot be posted at this time' every time I try. Am I missing something or is it really a mistake in my game?

Sure. I'm using Google Chrome, Windows XP and a customized computer but I can find Intel... Thank you!
