After choosing Play Game and it goes to where you decide on clothing, hair etc - we choose various features, hit OK and it never goes past that. Have tried different names. Have restarted the computer. What are we doing wrong or is there a bug at this stage?

Are you receiving an error message or something along the lines of "name is invalid" when trying to create your character? Or does the screen try to load but freezes or crashes? Also, could you please tell us your browser, computer, and operating system? We'll get you into the game as soon as we can! |

Dell Latitude E4310 laptop running MS Windows 7 Home Premium. Browser: IE 10.0.9 . . . . (think this was a July 2013 update).
We have never had an error or other message appear on the screen ever so far. You wrote "when trying to create character". We chose "Play Game" and it took us to a choose between male or female, hair, eyes, clothing etc. We have made various choices and then gone to lower right OK button, but hitting it changes nothing. We never advance further. We have refreshed the page, logged out and back in, restarted the computer to no forward progress. Is there a Create Character step that we get to by a different route and must do it first?

We'll talk to our production team and try to come up with a solution as soon as we can! |
