I decided to draw the main dragons as humans, more specifically young vikings like you'd find in Berk. I just finished Stormfly. When I finish another I'll post it here. Up next should be Meatlug. Didn't do any shading b/c I was feeling lazy about it. I drew everything like a reference sheet so I could flush out her clothes' design better. Her overall design was never going to change. I just had to decide on the colors. The fist pic is my original color scheme. I wanted so much to keep her as a red head but after coloring I decided against it. In the end I went back to making her a blonde wearing lots of blue. Which is something I always fought, but lets face it, it looks so much better.   |

I present to you all....(drum roll please-no,NOT THE THUNDERDRUM!!!)....Human versions of Meatlug and Toothless!! I've taken to calling Meatlug, "Princess Meatlug" b/c of her's and Fishlegs' relationship. Those two are so adorable! And her hair got cut off cuz I ran out of room on the paper. Toothless' design was super easy, minus his hair. I struggle trying to choose. But I found the one that fit best and I love it. Its so fluffy lolz.   Also, I need some opinions for the twins, a.k.a. Zippleback. I've already decided that Barf is the girl and Belch the boy. Their main color will be green but what about their hair? Blonde or red? I want it to be one of those colors. |
