I've been having a problem with the gem issue, because I'm not a member and I'm encountering problems with completing some of my quests. I read over the posts on the forum and find that when you first become a player, you automatically get 100 gems? Is this real? Did you mess up something when you make your viking my brother did mess up the character creator so he have to delete his profile twice and ended up with a girl named Gustav
I must say the character creator is bugged
he cannot change the gender nor the clothing and the appearance (hairs, face, etc)
nuff said this is not my job to answer this but yeah

To make sure we're understanding the issue, I first want to clarify "accounts" and "profiles" so there's no confusion. When creating a new account (e.g. registering for an SoD account with an email, username, etc.) that account should have 100 gems when you first start playing. These 100 gems are carried over between the different profiles you can make on that account. So for example, if you make one account and spend 20 gems on your first profile, you will have 80 gems that are usable among all your character profiles. However, if you start a new character on that same account, you will not get a new 100 gems for that character. You will still have the 80 total gems since you spent 20 gems on a different profile. Just wanted to clear that up first in case that may have been the issue! However, if this is not the case and you simply didn't receive any gems when you started, we'll definitely take a look into that problem. Hi! I just have one account and one character profile. But when I was making the character, the game wouldn't load properly so I had to refresh for awhile before it started working. I didn't know about the gems, so when I finally noticed it already marked zero gems before I started the game. Please do look into it!  The browser I'm using is google chrome on a macbook. Thanks for the speedy reply! ps. vellos0x1, Im think the only problem was it kept hanging because my internet was a bit slow. But I eventually got it to work. |
