Yeah, I know the answer. "No I don't! I'm busy squashing these stupid bugs so shoo!"
I was going to make a fraps video about this but I couldn't get it to work because there's no way to mute the sound in the game right now and I can't get my mic loud enough to hear over the in game music. XD Ah well, maybe next time.
Anyways, here is what I have so far for my farm.
I'm using a lot of chicken pens as a stand in for fences so could we get some real fences or even stockades please? Viking's gotta protect their crops.
Speaking of fences, the sheep pens are really unforgiving. I understand they are round, but even so, they seem to have too high a footprint. I can't put anything within one square of the sheep pen even on the flat sides when I can do so with the chicken pen.
Say hi to my Gronkle garden and the next few points of my suggestion box
The gronkle garden was built to have all stone and plant objects in it.
Due to the current well bug, I can only use 5 farm plots at a time.
I've used the extras as a very nice looking foot path. I think I'm actually going to be a bit sad when this bug is fixed because I'd like to be able to create paths like this! Could we use a darker brown or something that won't count as a farm plot, but a way to create paths on our plots like this? We really do have a ton of room and the current max for farm plots is 15 squares. Considering how big the farm actually is, that's a ton of spare squares...
Speaking of gronkle garden, I'm kinda regretting my dragon choice. There is not a single Monstrous Nightmare item to show off my love for my dragon! Not that making items for the Zipplebacks will be anything but a puddle of tears for the art team (TRY imagining a totem....), but I'd like to see more of the four different types of dragons please.
In the gronkle garden photo, you'll notice chickens bunch up. They seem to do so every time they need to get fed or maybe I have really bad luck. It makes feeding the four that are in the pen a real headache. I know there's only so much you can do with pathing, but is there some way to prevent this from happening too often?
The last part I don't have a photo of because it's not finished, but back in between the two viking totems is a weapons range and I need targets for that. Currently I'm using the scare viking and it works just fine, but I'd like to see targets or dummies or something instead of something that looks like what could be a caricature of my character's dad. Hey, what else are you going to do with the barrel of weapons? Maybe add in a Bow rack as well. It's certainly what I'd keep on my farm to discourage pests.
So anyways, I just made a really tall order for a part of the game that came out *counts on fingers* five days ago, but hey, never hurts to ask and thank you for reading.
