I think that herding sheep would be a fun mini game to do 
but it wouldn't be like collecting sheep, and it wouldn't be on your farm either, you go to a sheep pen on Berk somewhere, so you enter the pen and it starts in the mini game and you herd sheep in this big open area, and you have to herd the sheep from their grazing area all the way to the pen on the other side so its kinda like a job, and you get awarded coins, so it could be put on the job board for how many times you herd, then you can go collect the money on the job board when your done
