I have a problem with the chat. Not only can I not use the chat, as in send or receive messages, I can not visit any of my friends. Please help!

They know about the chat problem, as most (if not everyone) has it. But for visiting friends, you need to be in the same area as your friend!

First of all, everyone has the chat problem (been posted 4 times now)
Second of all, the friend problem seems to be a real bug. You DON'T need to be in the same area as them. I've visited my friends in different areas

We're looking into the chat problem now and would love more information on the visiting issue. First, could you please tell us your browser, computer, and operating system? Second, are you able to invite friends (whether in the same area or not) or are they able to invite you? Any additional information you supply would be helpful. Thank you. |
