Heres the retelling!:
Back when dragons were still at war with vikings, I never killed any, I found them more interesting and cool than evil. Other vikings frowned upon me for this, not my mother or father though, they were on my side.
When I learned that dragons were our friends, I was overjoyed!
I forgot to introduce myself! I am Scott, but my friends call me Scottnov.
I love dragons, I have 3 awesome ones!

As I watched people soar across the sky with their dragons, always in awe of it. It wasn't until school of dragons when I thought about getting my own.
The day it opened, I noticed I slept in. Great, just what I need on my big day!
I didn't even eat, I said goodbye to my parents, and left.
I ran as fast as I could to the boat, Gobber said as I passed: "Whats with the hurry?"
I replied: "School of Dragons is opening! I gotta get to the boat!"
I almost got there, but sadly do to my clumsiness I slipped and fell.
Saw a few people evilly laugh at my failure, I let out a moan:
"AGH! Why me!?!?"
Just then, I heard a voice from above.
It was Hiccup!
"Need a hand, bud?"
He lifted me from the ground, as Gobber shook his head and said: "Oi, you missed the boat!"
Hiccup said: "Don't worry, I'll make sure you get there. Hop on Toothless!"
I don't know if I have said yet, I have met Hiccup before, but haven't talked to him that much.
As we approached the school, he said: "Well, here we are, have fun!"
I replied: "Thanks a lot! And I will!"
I had already read up on the School of dragons, I knew about the hatchery.
Heading towards the hatchery, I gazed around, seeing some vikings that have already raised their dragons.
I noticed an abundance of Deadly nadders and Monstrous nightmares, but near no Gronkles or Zipplebacks! I scoffed, no one appreciated these great dragons...
My sister was also heading towards the hatchery.
She said: "I wonder what I will get! So exiting!"
I replied: "Yeah! What dragon will I get?"
Heading into the hatchery, Gobber signaled me to come see him.
He told me to complete a personality quiz, I said OK.
After completing this, he said:
"Gronkle!"
My eyes popped wide open as I jumped back a little, Gronkle...?
Don't get me wrong, I like them, but... I am like a Gronkle...?
At first I took this as an insult, but I soon realized he was only finding one that fit my personality.
He said: "This is just a suggestion though, choose whatever you want!"
I thought: "Maybe I will choose a Gronkle... Or maybe a Nadder?"
I entered the hatchery.
Looking at all of the eggs, I saw the thunderdrum eggs and tried to pick one up...
Gobber said: "Those are only for special vikings! Come back when you become one."
I moved away from them, looked at the others.
I didn't wanna know where these came from, some were still slimy...
There was only two nadder eggs left, and only one Gronkle egg.
I asked: "Why so little Nadders and Gronkles?"
Gobber replied: "Many people took most of the Nadder eggs, and we haven't refilled the Gronkle nest for a while."
I picked up one of the nadder eggs, however a voice in the back of my head, was calling me to the Gronkle eggs...
I dropped the Nadder egg back in the nest, picked up the Gronkle egg, ran to the hearth and threw it in.
It hatched into a little female Gronkle, beautiful and blue colored, her eyes grew when she saw me.
I pet her, and she closed her eyes and made a nice sound.
She hopped into my arms as we left the hatchery.
As she grew up she was always very nice, not lazy at all and very fast.
She won every race I put her in, against many Nadders!

I will be adding to this story very soon, telling the story of my other 2 dragons!

[Scauldy The Scauldron]

Hello my name is Mael i am a viking and this is a story of a dragon named scauldy the story began when a viking named esely saw hiccup acting all weird i was stunned so i followed him,
i saw Astrid and Hiccup talking i was tottaly confused and i snooped in more then i saw a unknown dragon and then i thought what is this?
and i said is that a... a... night fury?, i wasnt sure what it was since its a mysterious dragon then i absoloutley found out that hiccup rode it and i thought to myself... that seems pretty cool! in the part when snotlout told hiccup to gently put a hand on the monstrous nightmare i found the secret and way to train the dragon! but i refused to do it and do it when we make peace with the dragons, after a few days the book of dragons was updated and changed from peace on sight to how to train it i was scrolling through the pages to find the dragon of my dreams... the scauldron.. it was extremly rare but i know a spot where it was, the scauldrons lived at the great west ocean and there was a only one scauldron nearby i quickly ran with a bucket filled with water to the great west ocean and found the whole dragon crew standing there i ignored hiccup when he said hey esely! what are you doing with that bucket of water? then i replied uhh i gotta do something! bye!, i saw the scauldron sitting there then i slowly approached it it spat a bit of water at me then i was scared i said hey little buddy im not going to hurt you, the dragon roared with angry eyes than has water ready i put the water on me and the scauldron spat its water at the ocean and started to lick the water off me then i reached out my hand and i trained it, the crew was watching me and looking amazed and i rode the dragon i walked up to the crew and said like my new dragon scauldy? the crew said wow! your the first to train a dragon all on your own esely! well you better go feed it and play with it! 1 YEAR LATER the school of dragons opened then i rushed to the boats with scauldy all grown up the last boat already left and all i had was scauldy then i took a deep breath and swam to the school while im on scauldys back i finnaly got to the school then i said im going to the hatchery to have a new pal! then i walked to the hatchery and got my new dragon named inferno it was a monstrous nightmare snotlout just said nice choice
me and baby inferno was on my back and scauldy was not really aggresive he had a nice personnality but if someone hurts his rider or inferno he gets mad and attacks the one underestimating his friends so about that scauldy was so nice to baby inferno he started infernos baths with hot ocean water and took care of him while his rider was away then two years after his rider was killed by a whispering death and scauldy had no rider and one day later scauldy was depressed inferno got old enough to be a dragon then he went with a rider named mael and this day scauldy the scauldron was born and inferno was happy.
THE END OF SCAULDYS STORY HIS RIDER GOT KILLED BY A DRAGON THEN AS IN SCAULDY THE SCAULDRO WAS BORN AS IN THE PROBOARDS ACCOUNT!

Love the stories guys!  Such varied dragons and personalities!  I'll have a go myself, hope it doesn't end up being too long.

Journal of Arlya, First Year Student, School of Dragons.

The morning dawned bright and clear, but I hardly noticed.  Today was the day I travel for the School of Dragons!  What did it matter what the whether was like so long as the ship could sail?  Ever since the school had been established I had wanted to go and today was my day.  I rushed down to the dock, but stopped to help Mulch and Bucket carry fish to the stores.  It must have taken longer than I thought because the boat I could see the boat already leaving by the time I go there.  I sighed and started to turn back, but didn't have long to be depressed before Hiccup spoke up.  I knew him by reputation, but hadn't really talked before.  I could hardly believe it when he offered me a ride!

The ride was exhilarating, but all too short.  I could not wait until I could make the same trip on a dragon of my own.  Hiccup directed me to the Hatching cave and Gobber's entrance quiz.  I was a bit nervous knowing that I would have to choose one of these beautiful creatures.  Gobber's test showed I might like a Deadly Nadder, but was that really what I wanted?  I spoke so several of the other riders.  All the dragons seem terrific.  Gronckles were simply adorable and hard to resist.  Monstrous Nightmares were quite handsome, and looked powerful.  Hidious Zipplebacks were fascinating, but a little scary.  I thought about it for a long time.  Finally I was sure.  I would get a Deadly Nadder.  They were small, fast, and beautiful; everything I was looking for in a dragon.

I rolled my egg gently into the lava pool, holding my breath as the shell started to crack.  Out popped a small, baby Nadder.  Her scales were a lovely dark, turquoise blue with a creamy belly and bright silver spikes.  She may not have been the most flashy, but to me she was perfect.  I held out my hand and rubbed her nose gently.  She chirped joyfully and was soon following me outside like a little dragon shadow.  As I fed her pieces of fish I tried to think of a name.  She was a curious girl, but seemed shy around strangers and other dragons.  She loved playing with flowers and splashing in the river after fish.  She followed me around happily too and had a sweet, loyal personality that I could tell would make us inseparable.  ShadowFall I finally decided, thinking of how she followed me so willingly.  My darling ShadowFall.

Before we befriended the dragons, I was training hard to fight them. During my training I gained a new respect for the dragons. They were not mindless beasts, they were intelligent, deadly creatures. Once Hiccup defeated the Red Death and we befriended the dragons, I began to respect them as loyal companions. I was relieved I didn't have to fight them.

When I arrived at the school on the first day I was so excited to have a dragon as a friend instead of an enemy. To fight with them instead of against them. I took the test and found I was most suited to have a Deadly Nadder. So I went to talk to Astrid about her Nadder, Stormfly, and I found out that Nadders are smart, agile and intelligent. Just like me. So we'd work together well. 

"Thorntail..." I whispered. He slowly lowered his spikes and sniffed my hand. "I know we used to be enemy's. I remember and you remember that we used to peace each other. But now we can work together. I'm not going to hurt you." I reached my hand out again, and this time he nuzzled me.

As we began to train together he started to grow used to me, and I grew used to him. We got over the things our ancestors did to each other, and instead began focusing on things we could do together. As a team. Viking and Dragon. Together, we could take on the world.

I will start, and give a sort of example, and my story:
You know, when I first heard that School of dragons had opened its doors, I rushed to the nearest boat to the school.
When I arrived, I was told to enter the hatchery in order to begin classes.
So when I did, the other vikings around told me about the different dragons and their personalities.
I was asked to complete a personality test, and when I finished I got a Gronkle as my suggestion.
The viking giving me the test, Gobber, said that it was just a suggestion.
I entered the place with the eggs, it was... Epic!
So many dragons, only one can be chosen.
After walking around examining the eggs and thinking really long and hard, I walked towards the Deadly nadder nest.
However, deep within my head, I could hear a tiny voice, calling me to pick one of the Gronkle eggs.
I walked over to the Gronkle nest and picked up the egg that 'needed' me.
I just stood there, wondering if I really should pick this egg...
I couldn't wait anymore, I took the egg over to the hearth, tossed it in, and watched my new friend come out of its egg...
She was a girl, with a beautiful blue and teal hide, I decided to name her Quakeflower.
She was curious to see who I was, but didn't really care much and jumped into my arms soon after she hatched.
I took her outside of the hatchery, and from there on, we began our journey.
Throughout her life so far, she has thought of herself as an okay Gronkle, I think she is the best Gronkle I have ever met.
She doesn't ignore me, she doesn't take kindly to others trying to hurt me.
Most of the time, if someone shoots me, she will make me hop onto her back, and she will go after them.
She seems to really care, thought she doesn't think of herself very highly.
It seems that she is the fastest Gronkle in the land, or one of them.
With her by my side, we can win any race.
People think that Gronkles are lazy, stubborn, and not always obedient, me? I think they are wonderful dragons, good for anyone looking for a good friend and helper. Of course, all dragons have ups and downs, and everyone prefers a different one, but Quakeflower has to be the nicest Gronkle I have met.


Please, do not get mad at other people for making their dragons sound awesome, or saying that a certain one is better.

I'm just curious, does it have to go exactly along with the events of the game or can I make my own story or just add something extra to the original? Fun idea!
