I keep hearing chatter about Clans, How do you make a clan?

It is not possible YET, but we got hints that the SoD is planning to insert a Clan feature to the game.
Right now, you can only plan the Clans with your friends.
For example, we made a "Forum Clan" - Jörmungandr - and we are organising it here, with an official Member List, we discuss our emblem/blazon here and what we want to do in the future. As soon as they give us the Clan feature, we'll create Jörmungandr right at this point!
