I went to plant some corn seed on my farm, but instead of turning into corn stalks that I can water, the bag of seeds is just sitting on one of my plots. I can't get rid of it, and I can't plant anything else in that plot. I tried exiting the game and coming back in, but nothing changed. What now?

You can go into decorate mode, dig up the plot and use the "go back into your inventory" on the bag.

It worked! Thanks for the tip. I had tried moving the bag around in decorate mode but had never tried digging up the plot.

So this is happening again, and digging up the plot isn't working now. Is there any other way to fix this?

This is happening to me, too; it's dragon nip instead of corn, though. The game won't let me dig up the lot or return the bag to the inventory.

I'm using Firefox, a Dell Laptop, and Windows Vista. I was able to make the bag go away through a lot of trial and error of going in and out of the game and digging and resetting plots. It seems like this happens whenever I seem to be having a connectivity issue that I posted about in another thread (Losing Internet Connection). Still not sure what causes that, but it seems like as long as I don't plant when I'm having that issue it works okay. |

Could you please tell us your browser, computer, and operating system? We'll use the information to look into this problem. Thanks! Google Chrome, Acer Aspire 5740G (laptop), Windows 7. Today I managed to dig up the lot (I still don't know how  ) and to move the bag to another place, but I can't do anything else with it yet. Also, when sowing seeds, sometimes it seems like the bag is going to keep there again, but after about 30 seconds it turns into sprouts or stalks... and then I sigh with relief! This happens with different kinds of plants, not only dragon nip or corn. Thank you for your attention! |
