Where to collect oil?

I'm currently taking the quest where Meatlug is sick and it says to 'collect oil from the wilderness' but I don't know exactly where? There isn't an arrow.

I'm assuming its a bug. I can't find it either, the quest pointer doesn't display within the wilderness.

I didn't have the arrow, but I actually stumbled over it while doing a different quest, while the oil quest was on the back burner >.>

If I recall correctly, from the Taxi platform head right, go over the lake and past the island, and run along the narrow strip of ground between the lake and the right hand mountain wall (right based on coming out the tunnel entrance to the Wilderness) I think that's where I found it? If anyone has corrections, please speak up! It's quite late and my memory is probably fault ^_^;

I checked it multiple times and still nothing ;w; 

Some said that it was near the water ._.
