I don't know if anyone else is having this issue, but I've been having trouble with losing my internet connection while playing the game. It only happens when I go into any of the side games, such as the laboratory, flight club, or farming. It will work fine for a while, but almost every time it will eventually cause me to lose my internet connection. I can tell when it's about to happen because the music will start skipping. I'm fairly certain the problem is not on my end as this only happens while playing any of the side games here on school of dragons. It happens frequently, and it makes completing some of the quests a real nightmare. Is there a fix for this?

Please go to http://www.speedtest.net and post your Ping, Upload and download speed also go to www.pingtest.net and post your results from here aswell I'm not sure what my ISP is, but I connect to the internet via a wireless router connected to an ethernet jack. I am using Firefox and I have Windows Vista. The speedtest website says I have a ping speed of 5 ms, a download speed of 9.47 Mbps, and an upload speed of .77 Mbps. Once when this happened, I did try connecting my computer directly using the ethernet cable, but all I got was local access, no internet. Also, whenever this does happen, the only way to be able to connect to the internet again is to put my computer to sleep and then turn it on again. I should also note that it doesn't happen every time, but frequently enough to be extremely irritating, especially when I'm trying to complete a quest. |

i suspect you may be having come connectivity issues, have you tried www.pingtest.net/ ? id like to know your Jitter |

It gave me 35ms for jitter. Any idea why I would only have connectivity issues on the side locations and not anywhere else?

Thats a good question, im looking into this for you, but in the mean time, lets try some things. Can you play dragons, but close any and all other programs open , like skype, Yqc, or Msn or any thing else you have open, we want to streamline as best we can. try the game with everything in the background closed and see if this works.
