Maybe if we had berk houses to live in... we could sleep for some energy possibly balancing it out? Because Im fed up with trying to feed my dragon.

I cant be the only one..... Please make the bait 3 coins... I mean reality here.. what 1 worm costs 8 gold? Ot makes absoulutley no sense.... somebody needs to seriously do something... Please make energy easier to achieve. I was able to fill my dragons energy bar, no problem... but now I can barely keep my energy stable enough to do anything. Im sure everyone agrees with this.... every post shows everyone is upset about it... your next update should put the bait prices back were they belong please and thank you.

Okay guys, Brynjolf saw my thread in the Costumer Support, and I'm sure Brynjolf will tell the team as soon as possible. And they will work hard to get the economy balance back.
Now we have a responsibility as well: To wait patient without rushing the team. It was a new update, and new updates bring many great new things - but also many new problems. The team isn't a team full of wizards, who only snap with the finger and Tada: there is a new update. It's hard work, and even if you try to make everything great, there always can be mistakes. And that's okay! After all we're experiencing a brandnew game, and we are blessed with such a fantastic team that listens to us and fixes problems. Other games only want to make money money money and don't care for the gamers D:
So yeah, we'll wait, the team knows about our issue here. Let's take it as a challenge! We are Vikings, we can stand some high prices!

Anyone reminders back when you got 50 gold for shooting fire at all of those.....things in berk? Well, I made that very often, at first I felt a bit bad when I noticed that it's unfai to get so many gold in such a short time, but now I'm very happy about that. I bought around 300 baits with the gold (they cost 3 gold at this time) and now I have enough baits to keep my dragon well fed. I have still more than 250 left xD

Okay, I've been doing A LOT of farming lately, and I've discovered that cabbage and pumpkins actually earn you 45 and somewhere around 70 gold - but in order to get there you have to go through levels of farming that really deplete your wallet. I'm a level 15 farmer and I'm starting to make some money, but I'm not doing anything with my dragon at all so I don't have to feed him. So...let's be patient...and in the meantime sunflowers and corn do make money - so if you start out your farm, do only agricultural until you get several hundred gold (unless you're doing a quest, and still, I recommend waiting on the animals). Plus, if you have a sheep pen and can't afford to keep it, put it in storage in the build mode. So...there is a way to save ourselves until the team balances some things out.

I agree with everyone here. The price for the worms is outrageous! I can understand that the programmers would want us to work to earn gold but some of these prices aren't worth it. I barely broke even when I traded the dragon nip at the job board. To me, it seems that all of these new prices are over-inflated. :(Everything is out of porportion, I was at the job board, and I just reached level 3 farmer, and I was gonna buy a sheep... but Id have to spend 500 just to get the sheep pen and the sheep... but the job board only pays you 135 coins to deliver the sheep wool, now I sat there and thought... spend all the money I have(500 coins)... and get 135 coins to end up with. Farming isnt worth it... I was super excited to grow things.. but 600 coins for a chicken.... and 400 coins for a sheep... is just to much. I keep getting super frustrated trying to keep my dragons energy from going to 0... It's just to much work to feed your dragon... It was great when it was only three coins... but now everytime my line snaps... its just 8 coins down the drain...... = frustrating times. I hope they fix this is all I can say, thanks for the consideration. I'm so terrified to try and do anything with my dragon now. I'm scared that she'll starve to death b/c I won't be able to afford it. It helps that I know which fish increases 10 stamina points, but yeah, the prices are just ridiculous. I don't think I'll ever be able to get over that.... And I would love to do more farming too! Its all so painful now.

It doesn't make sense. The common worm used for fishing is so common that I found ten of them when I was weeding about half a square foot of ground. Why should they cost 8 gold? I don't do any games anymore because I'm broke. I tried to cheat the 'invite a friend thing' just so that I could complete a single farming quest. It's like America's economy right now . There isn't enough money to go around to pay for the overpriced things they're trying to sell us. And whose fault is it. It can be completely blamed on the companies. The greedy companies raise prices, so the people stop spending and start saving. Because they're not making enough money, the prices go up again, and the people start saving more. Soon, the companies go out of business because the people aren't willing to go broke on a product that they can live without. After that, the economy tumbles and everybody's losing jobs until the government collapses. It all begins with greed. Not that I'm saying the prices for worms are because of greed, I'm saying that it completely ruins the economy. Besides, why raise the price for worms anyway? The money circulating in the game is infinite, and the companies aren't gaining or losing anything, so the least they could do is make it realistic. Because of all this, I've stopped playing minigames and such except when it's for a quest that I knew I could get a profit for. Then I use that money to buy worms, and suddenly, I'm broke again. The only method I use for making my dragon happy is rubbing its nose, since it uses exactly 0 energy.Besides, twenty gold for a single dragon nip seed? Like I said before. The least they could do is be realistic. The only way this would make sense is if one gold was equal to one penny, but that would mean everything was completely underpriced, and I'd have only 76 cents in my account

Agreeing on the worms, and offering an alternate suggestion as well.
If we're growing Corn and Vegetables on the farm... Why can't we feed it to the animals we're raising? Feed them the food we grow?

I very much like this idea, but it seems that dragons are just carnivores, All I've ever seen the dragons eat in the series was chicken, and fish.
