>Hello Everybody. After a week of tweaking, I finally finished my OC fan art of hiccup and toothless. It took a lot of time to get the proportions as well as the classic "C to the side" mouth correct. I also turned photo realistic hiccup and toothless into comic hiccup and toothless by adding Hiccup's iconic catchphrase: "Gotta catch 'em all". After you see my masterpiece, let's see how my friend Sam got along with this character duo.

>Oh boy...where to begin. For starters, He forgot to make one eye bigger than the other, and lost the 3d effect. secondly,besides not using the "C to the side mouth" he appears to have also not included any teeth at all, making Hiccup appear to in fact be toothless. He also gave hiccup a peg leg! What is he a pirate? Never in the entire time I have seen hiccup have I seen him with a prosthetic leg. It appears that Sam tried to make a "Darth Vader" crossover with the amputated limp. Lastly, the phrase he included was never said by hiccup ever! What is it even supposed to mean? Sam's drawing is so off from the original character designs, I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't even know who these two even are!If you have any thoughts on these drawings, and want to give Sam some techniques to become more of a master artist like me, respond below, and don't be afraid to post some of your pictures too!
