I log in just fine, but when I go to play the game, I run into this error; I don't know why this is happening, currently using Firefox currently updated, tried on Chrome as well, same error.

Hey, Twilia. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Could you please help us figure out how to solve the problem by answering a few questions? What computer and operating system are you using? Have you been able to play the game before and if so, when did you first experience this error? For technical support, please email us at support@schoolofdragons.com with your registered email address and username. We'll do our best to get you back in the game as soon as we can. Thanks!

Windows XP; for more stats. CPU: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E6300 @ 2.80GHz CPU Speed: 2.81 GHz System RAM: 3.0 GB Video Card: GeForce 520 GT Sound Card: USB Audio Device Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 (build 2600) No I didn't ever play the game until I've learned of it about a day ago, I couldn't log in then either (after making an account and what not.) I've got rid of web unity, re-downloaded it and cleared my cache and such on my browsers as well.

This is an issue where you will need to clear the unity web player. The instructions below will walk you through the steps on how to do this. **please go to your control panel and "add/remove? programs and uninstall any unity programs you have** 1 - Go to the following web page: unity3d.com/webplayer/2 - Download and install unity 3 - close all web browsers you have open to reset the browser 4 - reopen the browser and go back to the web page: unity3d.com/webplayer/ 5 - At the right side, click on "Webplayer settings" 6 - Wait for the page to load, once it has , click on the "delete all" button at bottom 7 - A warning message will appear, hit "delete all" again 8 - once the warning message disappears, close the browser and reopen and launch Dragons. **its important to note there are 2 versions of Internet Explorer- 32 bit or 64 bit. we need to use a 32 bit browser. **if this will not work, please try a different web browser like Mozilla Firefox: www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/or Google Chrome: www.google.com/chrome/index.html?hl=en&brand=CHMA&utm_campaign=en&utm_source=en-ha-na-us-bk&utm_medium=haRestart your Windows, go back to the game and try again, you should not run into this issue.
