i went to race today, and it was a bit buggy. i was looking at the list of who i would be racing against when suddenly it said i was ready for the match without me clicking anything. it was myself and two other racers. the three of us were stacked together and there was no countdown. i, for some reason, was spinning around. not even flying in circles, just spinning. i had to close the window and log back on.
i ran a successful race after that, but i was wondering if this had to do with anything, was it being fixed, did anyone else have the problem, or was it just a one-time thing.
i hope that i don't get this bug again...

I've never had that problem - my bug is that the other person starts off before the countdown starts (most of the time I still win anyway though). There is a timer that goes only for 25 seconds (I think) that even if you don't click "Ready to Race" you will enter the racetrack.

Could you please tell us what browser, computer, and operating system you were using? Also, has this bug always occurred when racing, or is it a new development? If it's new, could you provide some information about when it started (e.g. what level were you/your dragon were, was it after an update, etc.)? More information would be beneficial as we try to find and eliminate the bug. Thanks! |

The bug doesn't always happen - it's more like a random glitch. It used to happen quite a bit, but I haven't experienced it recently. Umm....I'm not sure which level my dragon was on when it happened the most...It was probably level 12 - I don't think I've seen it since my dragon graduated to level 13, but I'm not entirely sure. I'll be sure and report it if it happens again on this level or another one. |

Okay...the bug just happened again a few minutes ago. I was in Fortune Falls - my dragon is still on level 13, my player is on level 9. The other person (Only one of the other two racers went ahead, then slowed down and I passed him) started just as the countdown came up. Since I passed them so quickly, I'm not sure if it was a glitch on their end and the countdown started later for them...but I thought I'd follow up on this.
