I have a bit of an... interesting situation.
I was playing SoD, and decided to make a new viking (I already have three... I like raising them from a baby, what can I say? XD). I hit "switch profile," then created a new profile (named Voic). I started the game, and to my surprise, the dragon from my last profile was following me. Fully grown, mount-able, but level 1. He followed me all the way into the hatchery, so I switched to a different profile with a different dragon, then back to Voic. Now THAT dragon was following me! I couldn't pick up an egg either, as soon as I took the quiz it switched to "meet hiccup outside the hatchery."
I left the game, cleared my unity cache, and logged out then back in. The game started (with a locked member only viking slot, even though I am a member? But it didn't delete the member slot I used...), and I have no dragon, but it still said to go talk to hiccup and I still couldn't pick up an egg. I went out to meet him, hoping it would reset the commands back to getting an egg or something, but he just gave me a fish because {{DRAGON NAME}}'s energy was low.
So... I can't pick my dragon, but the game is trying to prompt me forward? It now wants me to feed my dragon the fish, but I do not have a dragon because I can't choose one. I used up all my gems for the new slot, so I can't even delete the viking and make a new one. :X

Just thought I would add that I am also having this exact problem on one of my characters. I was making a new character with one of the character slots I got from the DVD codes. I got far enough to make sure I could get both of the new dragons, but logged out before picking one because I couldn't decide. When I logged back on, the game seemed to think that I had a dragon on that character when I didn't. It kept directing me towards Hiccup. I also tried to talk to him in case that would help, but he only gave me fish for my non existent dragon. I would really rather not have to spend gems to reset this character if I don't have to. I was using Safari on a Mac 10.7.5 when the problem started, but have also tried the same character on Windows 7 on a PC computer with the same results. Hope this helps you guys! I know you do everything you can to help us out. Thanks very much!
