Hello all.
Firstly I want to say hi to everyone here as this is my first post.
Now for my question:
Is it possible to link accounts? I mean like in Jumpstart.
Not only that, but I cannot seem to test it myself due to the fact that whenever I attempt to log into the parent acount it says my password is incorrect.
I assume that I messed up the password creation, or accidentally did not put anything in at all.
But when I chose "Forgot password", enter my email, and go to my inbox nothing is there.
I made SURE I typed it in correct, I have waited over 2 days now, and I wish to reset my password.

Greetings scottnov! About the email thing, the emails will go straight to spam due to the fact that they are @noreply. This happened to me as well as a friend (we use gmail. If you need further help I will be happy to post screenshots detailing the steps. If the problem persists, please say what email provider you use, as this can best help us troubleshoot your problem!

If you need further help I will be happy to post screenshots detailing the steps. If the problem persists, please say what email provider you use, as this can best help us troubleshoot your problem! Thanks for replying! I checked every folder in gmail and sure enough I could not find anything. As mentioned before, I use gmail. You are welcome to provide steps for me. |

Hey, I posted a tutorial in "Player Tips" with gmail. I also showed where to find it if it's not in spam. It may be under "All mail" That's where I found mine.

Also, for linking accounts, I mean like making two accounts be linked to the same parent account, but still log in independently.
Like in Jumpstart.

Hi! I believe I can help a bit in clarifying what he/she means by "linking accounts". I played a game where they had this. It's where two or more accounts are connected and there's a parent or a central account that can control what the other accounts buy in the game without having to log into the other accounts. It's very useful if there's a whole family that plays the game!
