"Creating a viking" log on screen

After I would create a viking, it would go to the "Creating Profile" small transparent window over the screen.  It would be saying it would be getting your profile ready, but the little screen stays there for at least an hour, and maybe longer.  I tried creating boy first then a girl viking, but ended with the same results.  A girl viking with white hair, either black skin or a black long sleeve shirt, a skirt like Astrid's, brown wrist braces, brown pants maybe, and brown boots.

Do you know how long it will take to fix this?

I am using Internet Explorer on Windows 7.

Hello. What you experienced is an error in the viking creation saving process. When there is an interruption or error, you receive the default Viking, which is the one you described. We're currently working on a fix and plan to update the game soon. However, for now you can email [e-mail] and we'll do our best to fix your avatar as soon as we can. Thanks!
