In MMO game mode there seem to be "names" floating around the screen. Our children want to use the MMO facility but we want to prevent them contacting these other users. How do we do this?

I think you can't prevent other users from contacting them from so far I know. But at this stage in the game, there is no real option to chat with other users, in private that is. They can actually just simply ignore others. |

My kids have been playing for several days, and had a player say something inappropriate to them. I thought parent's had to approve the type & chat mode?? I want my kids in the safe chat mode (select a pre-approved phrase) and I can't find anything in parental controls that does that. The only thing in parental controls is change passwords. Please advise!

We apologize for the inconvenience but want to let you know that we plan on creating options allowing parents to turn off both chat and MMO features for their children’s character profiles very soon. In the meantime, if you would like us to turn off your children’s chat features manually, we can do so for you. This way, they won’t be able to contact other players or be contacted. Just so you are also aware, they will have no way of communicating at all with other players in game, as there is no canned chat. Please email us at gaming@schoolofdragons.com with your children’s usernames and your login email, and we will disable their accounts’ chat features. Your information will be kept private. Thank you! |

We are planning on allowing parents to have the option of turning off chat features along with MMO for their children’s accounts. These settings will be implemented very soon. In the meantime, if you would like us to turn off your children’s chat features, we can do so from our end. This will prevent others from messaging your children. Please email us at gaming@schoolofdragons.com with your children’s usernames and your login email. We will disable their accounts’ chat features for you.
