Update: 26/7/13 Thanks for the update, it resolved my name problem. I still have my avatar problem but still thanks for helping me as well as other vikings. Good to hear that your name was fixed. Our latest update should resolve your avatar issue. Let us know if that worked for you. Thanks! |

My son's account is having the same problem, I set his character up for him, but it changed to a girl after reloading, a girl with white hair. I don't know about his name though, I didn't check. So resetting his character won't help? I was going to, but I don't even know how without deleting his original character, and that costs gems. :/ I hope it's fixed soon, having boys walk around as girls probably sucks for them. :/

Please don't try resetting your character, as you may experience the same problem. Instead, could you email us at gaming@schoolofdragons.com from your registered email address with your username and a brief description of the error you experienced? Also, please include the browser, computer, and operating system you were using when you encountered this issue. We'll fix your son's avatar from our end and do our best to remedy this problem so it doesn't occur in the future. Thanks! |

Hi! I'm having the same problem =S I first built my character (named Kisas) but in the next phase it turned out that the specifications I choosed (hair color, eye color, etc) were not there but the name was. However, I rebuild my character using 50 gems (now with the name Kisa Yuitsu) and then again, the specifications weren't there but the name. So I decided to let it be and continue trough the game and then I got the surprise that I was able to change the looks of my avatar and that my name was changed to "viking-25558385" =( Hi, Kisachan - Could you please privately email us or directly respond with your username so that we can look into your account a little more?
