Troubles in creating Viking

Hello!
I've got some problems with creating my Viking, 'cause my customizating isn't able to saw after making it in that way, that when I try to make my avatar, then the game do always make a girl with white hairs, etc., but my way of customization doesn't even work. My bro have create a character and it does looks like he wanted to, but I can't, so where is the problem?

Hi, patrolson. Sorry for the inconvenience. It appears that you received the default avatar appearance. We've found that this bug usually occurs during an error in the avatar creation saving process. When creating your avatar, did you refresh the browser or did it crash when you were saving your avatar? We are planning on releasing an update to fix this issue soon so please hang tight as we work on that. In the meantime, could you please tell us what browser, computer, and operating system you were using when this problem occurred? Thanks!
