I already have a character made with a dragon. I got the dvds of dragons to get the characters and when I create a new character I always have my first characters dragon with him and I can't choose a new dragon, anyone have any ideas on why it keeps happening? I already lost 100 gems that I started with because of deleting the second character in hopes of it working.

To start, what computer, browser, and operating system are you using? Did you experience issues with disappearing dragons on your first account? When trying to create a new character, do you start the game with a dragon already? And if so, is it a baby version of your first dragon or an exact copy of it? Could you please email us from your registered email at gaming@schoolofdragons.com with your username and a description of your problem (along with how many gems you used)? We'll do our best to fix this problem as soon as we can!
