Well, the game is still prett young, and there are some little things that had to be fixed. But the forum is getting full of reports, some of them pointing the same bug, and even in different forums. Guess it could be usefull to have a post resuming them all (Maybe with a link to the threads where explained), and the status of how the fix is going.

Typically when a fix is released, we'll create a new thread with details while also answering any individual questions we received. As far as repeating thread topics, we'll do our best to manage them, and you can help us out by reminding your fellow Vikings to check previous threads before posting. Good in theory, but honestly... some of the stuff we reported yesterday is fixed already. (Like not being able to make money) To me, it would take longer to type out a report on the forum than it would be to just sit back and wait for them to fix it. I called support team this morning and he was reaaally apologetic because no one would be at their desk for another hour so it would take "up to" two hours to fix it. I nearly laughed in his face because I'm so used to bugs taking months to be fixed on other MMOs. Maybe a list for longstanding bugs- ones that have been known and waiting for a fix for over two weeks would be handy?  |
