So, I was playing on my account and had just completed the Fishing 101 quest. I bought the Improved Fishing Rod and used it to catch nineteen fish with the bait I was given. (One of them got away) I was headed to the Headmaster for my next quest when my dragon's stats disappeared. I thought they had just glitched, but when I turned around, my dragon was gone. I ran around for five minutes, but he didn't reappear. When I went to the Headmaster, he congratulated me for doing so good, blah blah blah, but then where my dragon's name should have been, it said {{dragon name}}. I then knew something was wrong. I restarted my game, but it didn't reappear. I then logged off and logged back on, but my own little Monstrous Nightmare was still gone. Please respond to this problem, Admin, because now I'm stuck on the wilderness quest because I can't light the fire. If you need my username, just ask.

Oh, and I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium and Google Chrome, if that helps.

I had the same problem. What I did to fix it was delete my character, and make a new one. On the third try, my dragon stayed. If you're willing to re-do a couple of easy quests, this is a good way to sort it out, but unfortunately, I lost my gems to doing this, as a delete requires 50 gems. But at least I continued, and I do not have problems with disappearing dragons anymore, the game now works a charm~

I think they should change that it requires fifty gems, though. Maybe just a stern warning would do the trick.

I had this same problem. Only, when I lost my Thunder Drum dragon on my third character (while doing the wilderness quest for Gobber like the first person above), I also lost my dragons on my first two characters. They're just simply not there when I log into any of my characters. This is unfortunate as I was all ready having problems with my first character not being able to pick up any quests. So it seems I basically cannot play the game despite having sunk a fair bit of money into it.

It's back!!!!!!! I logged back in today and my little dragon was back! However, it would still be nice for you to fix this so that I don't freak out again.
