Hello everyone! Today, after coming back from my Dad's house, I decided to ask my friend if we play together. She just started and does Quests, and I used to follow here and chatting with her while playing. But today (we told us to meet at the Lab) we couldn't see each other. I couldn't see her, and she couldn't see me. We both were able to see other players running around. We both tried another place, where there wouldn't be so many people (the beach in the school when you go down the wooden stairs) but we still didn't see each other. It worked earlier, and we both tried to relogg. My friend is shown in my "Online friends" list, but I just can't see her and her dragon  |

What browser, operating system,and computer were you using when you experienced this problem? Can you see other friends on your buddy list? My OS is a 64-bit based processor (if you mean that? So unsure!) I didn't check really, but I was able to see other friends before as well. But since yesterday I didn't find anybody else of my friends list either. :/ Also, it cannot be the fault of our connection. We chatted after all at the same time when we were playing. But the game is a bit laggy for her. Could this be the problem? As much as I know she can still walk around, see the others and do everything, it's just a bit laggy. I thank you a lot for trying to help me! But I must admit that it is not in hurry. Me and my friend can wait, but would like to play together some day again  She also wnats to say Thanks to the team! |

This might be part of the problem that we're having. I'm not sure whether this is the right thread, but where is the "Buddy List" in accounts settings? Do you only get to chat if you have a paid subscription account?

Do you only get to chat if you have a paid subscription account? Hello. Right now, we are updating the chat system so it will change in the near future. However, chat is available for members and non-members. To access your Friends List, click the arrow on the left side of the screen when in the game. A pop-up menu should appear. At the top of that menu is the Friends List icon. After clicking on it, you can view your online, offline, and ignored friends along with friend requests. If you want to be friends with a specific player (or vice versa), you can enter a buddy code in the friend requests tab. A player can always choose to accept or decline friend requests. Please let us know if you have any other questions. |
