Hi,
I'm trying to do the loom quest for Hiccup, but have become stuck on the 'chop wood' stage. I've chopped wood, but the quest instructions haven't changed - it keeps instructing me to chop wood, even while informing me that I have 32/6!
Not sure what's happened to it, or what I can do to fix it. Has anyone else had the same issue?

Hi Groonlalagoon. I haven't experienced these problems with the Loom and Doom Quest. Did you try to do the next part? like getting the frame from the botanist or bringing the stuff to Hiccup. Relogging (Going out of the game and log in again) could help as well. if all of that doesn't work, I'm sure a staff member will take a look on your problem and tell the team! then they'll do their best to help you out. in the meantie, don't forget to check the Flight Club, the Fire Frenzy and the Thunder Run! Also, if you have enough Gold, making a new Outfit is also a good way to use the playing time. Making new friends as well, never forget to make new friends!  |

Hi Acanthea,
Problem is that it won't let me move onto the next stage of the auest - I had just recieved the instructions to go to the Botanist when I had to log off, then when I came back, it had become stuck on 'chop wood'. Talking to the Botanist just gets me the standard non-quest response. Hiccup just keeps saying 'could you help me out?' or something similar.
Have logged on and off a few times, doesn't seem to have unstuck itself.
Guess I'll just enjoy the rest of the game until either someone works out what the problem is/how to fix it, or it sorts itself out!

We released some updates for the "Loom and Doom" quest, although it's good to know if any additional adjustments need to be made. To help us find the issue, could you let us know what browser, computer, and operating system you were using when this problem occurred? Thanks! |

I'm using a Dell XPS laptop, with Firefox and Microsoft Windows (aplogies if these aren't what you meant - not the most computer savvy person!)
