However, I do not know how the codes work because I do not have the DVDs yet. What sort of trouble, though? What stage are you at? Are the codes not working when you enter them or can you not find the place to enter them or something else? I hope the codes work for you soon! |

Could you tell us what seems to be the problem you're experiencing in more detail? Do you need help figuring out how to enter your codes or are the codes not working for you? I'm having a similar issue I went to www.schoolofdragons.com/DVD and I put the code in and when I go to the game and attempt to collect the thunder drum egg it states I haven't redeemed the code yet? Can anyone help? |

Send an email to Support@Jumpstart.com with your log in name (we will never ask for your passwords) and a brief message with what is wrong and what you have tried to get this to work. also include a picture of your code to expedite things and well get you taken care of.

I just put the codes in last week and it worked. I was having a problem at first but it was because there were 3 p's together in the code and I kept typing in only 2. All I can say is just make sure it is exactly as printed, It took me 4 tries before I saw that darn 3'rd P. LOL

I redeemed my code for the Part 1 DVD when I first started the game, and it turned out fine, but now I have Part 2 and when I put in the code and click Redeem it just seems to refresh the page and it doesn't do anything. D: I really wanted to be able to have a Whispering Death! |
