Well, in the meantime until the fishing bug get fixed, I've decided to give a try to another game of the franchise: Dragons: Wild Skies. I wanted to know some opinions of the game here. Have you tried it? I find it as a good way to play with all the dragons of the show (Yes, even Night Fury for those who doesn't stop asking ;]). Still, gameplay is better in the School, and there is a lot more of things to do. What do you think about it?

I had absolutely loved Wild Skies X3 I remember finishing it all the way through with three stars in every challenge with all of the dragons but I just recently started playing it again now that they added new dragons

I tamed all the dragons, but then they got the bug where it crashes when you enter a new area and doesn't save your progress. So now I don't have that smoke dragon... Awesome game other than that. I loved playing it!

I must say that I didn't love Wild Skies as much as I love SoD.
Long long looong loading times, bugs, glitches, etc. And the only thing you can do is flying a bit and tame new dragons. But then I'll probably loose them because it almost never saved my game.
In SoD the bugs will be fixed. We can count on the admins and the team, and we can see the growing of the game.
So yeah, of course, the flying is awesome, and the fact that you can fly with Toothless is great too. But long long loong loading times and many saving bugs are destroying the fun for me.

I tried it but my crappy computer wouldn't let me play it without lagging >_> I tried the tutorial though and it was much more fun to fly around on Toothless in WS than in SoD because it felt more genuine and you could control it better.

WS is way worse than SoD. Long load times (literally about 5 minutes) you can't mount your dragon on the ground Once you tame every dragon, its over Bit laggy Challenges are boring sometimes bad animations and some glitches/bugs the long loading times, like Acanthea, ruined the fun for me, I'd get to one area, realize I had to get a material on the other side of the map, half an hour later, get to the other side, then realize I didn't buy the tools yet! It was just plain bad imo.
But at least it isn't bad as the xbox 360 game. That one they didn't even pay attention to the show/movie. xbox 360 game: WORST. HTTYD GAME. EVER!

I played it last spring. Then I thought it was good, but flying was a bit tricky as I was accustomed to the "up arrow" was foreward: P but you got used to.
But when you have played it for a while and trained all the dragons (which was not that hard) you just flew around and raced. Waited for new dragons, raced, raced, flew around, swung food, raced, flew around etc.
SoD is much better. I did not think Wild Skies charging time took so long: P I´m used to my PC's toughness: P

I just came back from trying it. Stopped after taming second dragon which happened to be the Thunderdrum. Ugh,the flight controls had me D: I found it so hard to control the dragon at all! But I like how the Nadder's behaviour regarding its spines were implemented in that game. I hope SoD would do the same
