We've created a profile and are waiting to get in. The loader indicated it had installed 4 files, but then froze. I refreshed the page, saw that our profile had been saved, and then it went back to the Headmaster's letter again. Now it's showing 0 files loaded and even though the gears are working it's been 10 minutes with 0 files loaded. Running Chrome Version 28.0.1500.72 m Also have cleared history/cache/etc. in case that speeds things up. My daughter can't wait to get to training her dragon, thanks!!  |

Ok,that helped some. Refreshed the page and it's loading the files up to 250/451 in about 2 minutes now. |

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We recently released some updates to help with loading issues but are always glad to hear feedback regarding this issue. If you experience problems with your game such as long loading times, lag in the game, etc. it does help to clear your browser cache to speed things up.
