Hello. I registered today my son. But when he logs in, and tries to create viking - after pushing button ok? he receives message 'There was an error while registering this profile. Please try again later.' And We can't do any more.

If that doesn't work you could also try using a different browser, to see if the bug only affects a certain browser.

I tried to clean cache, I tried Chrome and Mozilla. But nothing helps.

As p3t3rsam mentioned, you need to activate your account via an email you receive after registering. Did you receive that email and activate your account? A problem that can occur is that you are unable to progress past avatar creation without first activating your account. Please let us know and we'll provide more assistance moving forward. Thanks! |

Hello. I activated my account via an email in the beginnig. And I received the message like this
"Thank you for creating an account at SchoolOfDragons.com!
The gates to the School are officially open! With your new School of Dragons account, your family now has access to a thrilling MMO online game with endless quests and adventures. Soaring to new heights, bonding with fellow Vikings, and taking on endless adventures is what School of Dragons is all about!"
But, how I said before, it was not helpfull

I reinstall unity plugin, clear cache, and in Mossila I did it But I did it before too. Now I did different names of login and viking game. And It seems to me, that it helped. |

Also registered through email and started the game with no issues. Bought the DVDs and used the codes. Codes unlocked the dragon egg but the current character can not choose any of the new, unlocked clothing. Only allowed to make a new character with a different name and even then, that character gets the same "There was an error while registering this profile. Please try again later." message. Why can't the current and active character use the unlocked clothing? Why be forced to name a different one and start over?
