My dragon is glitching. When I ride her she becomes deformed and moves strangely I have tried reloading the game to see if this fixes it but it does not and sometimes I am unable to dismount from her I get the wrong commands in the corner of the screen. Is there a fix for this? Sorry if this issue has already been mentioned.

However, for future reference, you can also ride and get off your dragon by pressing "R" on your keyboard. As for the dragon becoming deformed when you ride it, we'll look into that for you. Could you please tell us what browser and type of computer you used when this issue occurred? Do you know what operating system your computer uses? Also, was there a specific scenario where this happened? For example, does the deformation happen only at Berk, right after flying, immediately after mounting, etc.? The more information you provide the faster we can identify and fix the problem. Thanks! |

Off of my dragon or if flying everything looks normal but walking around the legs elongate and my character moves strangely sometimes standing on top of the dragon and the tail looks strange and some of the spikes are not connected to the tail and point is strange directions. I am using Windows 8 and the browser I use is Google Chrome. Computer type is a Dell XPS Desktop. Recently I also get stuck on landscapes while flying too. Multiple times I have become stuck to a rock or cliff while trying to glide off the edge. Thank you for your help! |
