Hello here are some of my ideas:
1. Dragon behaviour:
- If animals are added like birds in the sky but mainly yaks, chickens and sheep(they would be freely moving)around berk and other places(you know how dragons are mischievous,)and if an animal passes a dragon it would chase it, but eventually return to its owner.
-You know when you fed a dragon it just shows some arrows...what if there would be a little cut scene where the viking throws a fish and the dragon eats it and shows satisfaction.
- Instead of just a dragon teleporting when you want to ride it it would walk up to you and kneel a little so you could get on it or fly up to you if it further away.
- If a player Is aming at you and is about to fire at you your dragon(depending on it species)would protect you(example: a nadder would show its spikes, fire and if close to its trainer maybe try to create a little shelter by its tails and wings. A Nightmare would go on its hind legs and expand its wings making it look huge maybe even fiering at the shooter....)These are just options
2. Events and holidays
-We could have snoggletog instead of christmas. there would be a big tree in the plaza of berk like shown in the gift of the night fury. there would be snow everywhere and small lakes would be frozen.
- We would train for Thawfest
3. Wild animals
- Instead of just fishing we could go in the wilderness and if you are lucky enough to spot a rabitt you could hunt it down with a spear or something same with hogs and maybe a deer which would be extreamly hard to find.
And you could do 2 things with the wild animals either feed them to your dragon or if you collect a bunch of them(like 3 deers or 10 rabitts) you could take them to gobber and he would teach you to make some clothes for yourself(not the same kinds as in the store)
4. Places
- Outcast island: would attack berk and we would defend it
- Ravenpoint and the cove: would hunt animals and gather fruit
- Breackneack bog(i don't know)
- Dragon Island( explaind later)
5.Trades
-Trader Johan would come once a week and trade us rare things
6. Dragon island
- you need a dragon that is at the titan wing stage to reach this location.
- first you would get a quest from either hiccup or gobber to build a stable( it can hold up to 3 dragons or 5, plus the one following you) then when you reach Dragon island there would be all kinds of dragons to train(every single 1 from the book)
-let's say i wanted a nightmare i would find one and i would have to keep visiting it at Dragon island for a week to gain its trust, but if i wanted a skrill which is very rare, i would need to be lucky enough to find one and visit it for at least 3 weeks
7.Homes
- you start of with a dragon bed and your owns. you would rest and feed your dragon here.(example: if you feed it 5 trouts it would be happy, but if you feed him 15 salmons and 10 perches it would be full and would have to rest for a while it also wouldn't be able to fly for some time cose it would eat to much.
-also if your dragon finishes its meal quickly it would mean it was starving, but if it takes it slow it means its happy
and i think stoick should have thornado with him.
this is all i can think of sorry if its too much i just needed to get it out of my head
