The structure of the new forum will be very similar to the current one. We may tweak some things, add or take away certain boards, but all with the intent of making things more efficient and your experience better. We'll definitely be keeping the role-playing boards for you, though! Can you keep me HTTYD 2 Spoilers Board? Hi Scauldy. You're more than welcome to create the HTTYD 2 spoilers thread on the new forum, but we won't be able to move the actual thread with all the posts to the new forum. Sorry about that! |

Everyone future forum names is the same, right? You'll be given the option to create your own name on the new forum, so you can create a new username or use the one you've been using (assuming the usernames haven't been taken). |

Haha, I guess we'll have to save and possibly repost our Jörmungandr threads and RPs ^^; Other than that, I'm looking forward to the switch! The forum'll be easier to find if it's on the actual website so we'll probably have some new arrivals! I'm happy just so long as no one steals my username...  Thanks for the early warning and all the support as well as the change itself, though. We all really appreciate it ouo I don't think I have any questions that haven't already been answered... Just thank you everyone involved with SoD for making the entire experience so enjoyable! I love this community just as much as the game >u< Oh, I think it's also fair to say thanks to Brynjolf for putting up with the forum for so long, answering so many questions so efficiently and caringly and being a generally awesome person! There is a similar rank system that we're working on with the new forum so everyone will be starting fresh. However, we're implementing some pretty cool new achievements/titles into the mix so I think you all will be pretty stoked about what's to come. |

We'll be structuring the new forum similarly to this current one for ease of use, but we know that our players will add more content to the new forum that will make it even better! |

Uhm, I'm sorry if this has already been asked, but - will the new forum be hosted on the same website we go to to launch the game (www.schoolofdragons.com/forum, just to make an example), or will it have its own domain? (And I'll join in saying Brynjolf is the most active and responsive and the greatest admin I've ever seen on my history as a nerd! And BTW, I found where the Skyrim producers got the name from... Egil's Saga, chapter XXXII) No apologies necessary. Lots of questions are to be expected with such a big change. The new forum will be hosted on the same site you launch the game from (www.schoolofdragons.com). Soon you'll see a Forum tab on the menu bar where you can access the new forum! Hhmm... it means its have a +14 hour difference from my place and its an +8 hour difference from Skips location It means that if the forum launched at 8:00 AM, I'm gonna create my account at 10 PM! well its appear that i have to drink extra coffee in the morning XD |
