((So, Roman's are coming in through the front entrance. Vim and his group are trying to slow them down. Forget what I said about the whole flanking thing, i'm just slowing them down to give the people inside a chance. NO FIRE THIS TIME. Sounds good?))

Rock opened his eye's and shook hios head trying to clear it he was laid on his back and covered in dirt, 'was that a dream?' he had imagined dieing as ragnarok and blow everyone to smitherines, he placed a hand on his head and felt a large bump on it and winced, he picked up his helmt to see a large crack in the top, he put it back on grabbed his sword and shiled and after catching his breath harged back in ((Creative! Ragnarok shot some arrows at the romans who quickly raised their shields. The arrows bounced off the shields and on to the ground make it completely useless. "Well that didn't work...." he sighed. "Anyone got any better ideas to get rid of the shields?"

Some of the larger Vikings had managed to break through part of the Romans' shields by charging them all at once. Dotta followed after them and struck the Romans while they tried to recover.

Vim and his group were picking off any small groups headed to the cave. Their traps were working perfectly. Dozens fell in the pitfalls. Some got caught in the nooses and were jerked up into the trees, necks snapping. Some were just trapped there and left.

Metal crepted low and silently in the narrow passage way, and stopped he couldn't see his hand in front of his face but he felt the markings he had made previously, he clicked his finger's twice and waited and counted to 5, after doing so he lifted a rock and from under the rock shone a light , the light came from a large cavern below, specifically the cavern where the romans and Vikings fought, Metal could plainly see which side was losing, He clicked his finger's 4 times and jumped, he had used the Roamns sheild tactics of their turtle formation aginmst them and as he fell onto their sheilds so did all 400 other wanderer's like large black blur's fell on top of the Romans, Metal landed on the sheilds, cutting his way though to the romans underneath disrupting their formation.

Vim suddenly saw the Roman's bottled up at the entrance. "NOW!"
Dozens of hunters melted from the rock and threw their spears from all directions. The Romans had their shields down, and nearly every spear hit their mark. Romans fell over and the others brought their shields up to recover.
Vim pulled the rope at the entrance of the cave and boulders toppled down, crushing the group about to go in. He lept over the rocks along with 6 of his squad, attacking the Romans from the front while his other teams moved in the sides and back. Boethiah was firing arrows at any Roman that hat their back turned.
"We did it!" Vim cried as he threw his spear, hitting a Roman in the chest. "We seperated them from the main force!" He drew his sword and blocked a Roman spear.

Ragnarok fired 3 shots at romans after their shields had been broken. All 3 hit their target. "Yes!" he exclaimed. "We're breaking through!" He start charging and firing shots as he charged. All of the shots more or less met their target as he shot those without a shield.

Annabethe stuck her sword into a Roman, pulled it out, and parried another one away.
Allyssa left Tempest to help others outside, as she watched the battle from afar. She finally had enough and grabbed her dagger, throwing knives, and made her way towards the tunnel without being spotted, watching for traps. She ignored the growing pain in her arm.

The Roman advancement was slowly falling apart. Dotta had felled a few Roman soldiers before being blindsided by another Roman and his shield. She fell to the ground momentarily stunned. A nearby Viking had cut that very Roman down swiftly when he saw what happened. The Viking then came over and lifted Dotta to her feet, "Keep your head on straight!" "ooh, I'll try," Dotta rubbed her aching head. Even with her helmet on that still had hurt.

Boethiah traveled with them, killing the ones in trapped who didn't die. Even if they were enemies, they deserved to die and go off to Valhalla, or whatever the Romans called it. Once they separated from the main force, she smiled, cheering with the others. One step down, it seemed.
