As he soared higher in the sky, he sunk lower into his emotions. He needed to let go. He was tired of keeping it all together to look stronger. And Metal's betrayal was the straw that broke the Yak's back. He started crying on Thorntail. Why? He was 16 and was a killer and a fiancé. A boy that was expected to become a man sooner than he was ready too.
He cried for the people he killed. He cried for Boethiah being forced into a marriage she didn't want. He cried for Metal's corruption. He cried for his own lost childhood.
He cried.

She looked at the container and the more she did, the more she wanted to open it. To ask if she could run off with him and just run away from everything. Something made it feel like it was the right and wrong thing. So she just sighed and looked out her window. Maybe this was all supposed to happen. Fate bringing them all together. But why hurt them all so? Teach a lesson? Make them suffer? She didn't know.

He landed back at his house, drained. He was exhausted and his eyes were puffy. He collapsed in his bed and fell asleep. He'd thing about his plan more in the morning.
(Next day?)

((Sure))
It was hard to do, but Boethiah eventually fell back asleep. No dreams nor nightmares, but darkness that quickly brought the new morning sun. Her mother came in to wake her up.
"Sweetie it's time to rise," her mother cooed.
Boethiah grumbled, "Do I have to? If I don't, it just stays the day before and I don't have to face the day."
"I wish it were that simple, but it isn't. Now come on. Get out of bed and get outside."
Mumbling to herself, Boethiah got up and changed, going downstairs and walking around. Zirth followed behind no matter how many times she said she'd fly with him later. On her, she carried a satchel that had the container inside of it.

Vim snapped his eyes open when he heard a knock at his door. He quickly pulled on his trousers. "Come in," He mumbled.
His dad opened the door. "C'mon, get dressed," He said, "We're busy today."
"What is it?" Asked vim, "Farming? Hunting?"
He shook his head. "It's time you and Boethiah started learning. Me an' her dad are going to teach you to be a husband. Your mother an' hers are gonna teach her how to be a wife."
Vim was not happy about this. He wanted to go warn Stoick about Metal, not this stupid pile of dragon droppings, but he had no choice. "Okay," He mumbled as he pulled on his shirt.

She roamed around a bit, but found no use and went home. Her mother looked shocked when she went back in. "Oh," her mother said. "I thought you were already on your way over."
"Over where?"
"Me, your father, and Vim's parents are going to teach you two to be a proper couple for your marriage. And you, more importantly, a good wife."
"Do we have to?" Boe whined. "What's wrong with me now?" Vim liked her well enough, she thought. Why change?
"Well first, that whining. Now come on. You can leave Zirth here. He'll be fine." She tried to protest, but was dragged along. This was going to be painful, she thought.

Vim met Boethiah's dad and pretended to be ecstatic about these arrangements. "I can't wait to learn how to be a good husband to take care of your daughter!" And stuff like that. He figured this would be easier the more he greased the wheels.
He saw Boe and her mom approaching. This was about to get awkward.

She saw Vim and looked down. This wasn't right, or just didn't feel it. But her mother lifted her head and made her smile. She also saw his mother. This was fantastic. But she tried to at least act pleased about the arrangement, even though it was her "fiancé" that told her about the arrangement. Something made her feel like this wasn't going to bring them together, but tear them apart from their friendship.

"Ladies," said Vim's dad. He walked over and kissed all their hands. Vim always thought that was wierd. Then Boes father did the same. Vim realized he was supposed to do it too.
After that was over, Vim's mom started them off. "Boethiah, dear, why don't you start by saying what you think a good husband is like?" Vim groaned inwardly. This was going to be TORTURE.

Boe didn't know! What was she supposed to say? But she assumed she was playing housewife here, so she sighed a bit. "A good husband is one who won't lose faith in me and will be there for me." After that she was quiet.
"And what is a good wife like?" her father asked.
((Have to go to bed. Night!))

((Hey guys. This is sad for me to say but I've got work now and not much time for RPing. I'll always be around. And rest assured I will certainly always find time to read the latest chapter here. Cus lets face it, we created somethign truly epic here! Its just that I can't devote all my time to this anymore - as much as I would love to. I'm giving people free reign of Dotta and her dragon. Use her, abuse her, or neglect her as you see fit. And as a parting gift, not really "parting" but oh well, here's something that I've slowly been working on....all our characters! Enjoy and have fun!!!))

Vim panicked as he was asked what he thought a good wife was. He decided humor was the best way to go. "I think a good wife submits to her husband, always does what he says, and bears him lots of children." He looked at all their horrified faces, especially Boethiah. "It was a joke." He said dryly. "You're supposed to laugh."
"This isn't the time, son," Said Vim's dad, though he was trying hard not to smile, "Now answer honestly."
Vim sighed. "A good wife will support her husband. That doesn't mean bow down to him, just give him support. And let him know when he's doing something stupid." He finished. "So, are we done?"
"Not quite." Said Boe's dad. "We'll leave you three, then," He motioned to the women, "Come on, men." He said as he marched towards his house. Vim rolled his eyes before following.
